Gift Cards
Don't worry about selecting just the right LUSH gift. Let your special someone choose his or her own favorite LUSH goodies.
LUSH gift cards are available in denominations from $5 to $500 and may be redeemed online, by telephone at 1.888.733.5874, or in LUSH retail stores.
Our gift cards have no expiry date and you can include a personal message before sending.
Gift cards are delivered to the recipient via
Xpresspost ($4.00
charge) or
Priority Courier ($8.00 charge). For faster delivery, choose our E-Gift Card, a personalized gift card sent via email.
Check the balance of an existing LUSH gift card.
To replace lost/stolen gift cards call 1.888.733.5874, Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm (Pacific Time) and Saturday 9am to 4pm (Pacific Time). Your receipt is required to replace lost or stolen, unredeemed gift cards.
Terms and Conditions
1. Gift cards may be redeemed online, by telephone at 1.888.733.5874, or in LUSH retail stores (excluding LUSH stores located within Macy’s department stores). Purchases are deducted from the gift card balance. Any unused balance will be available for a later purchase. If an order exceeds the amount of the gift card, the balance must be paid with a credit card. Gift card redemption CANNOT be combined with PayPal payment.
2. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law.
3. Gift cards and their use on the web site are subject to LUSH’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. LUSH may provide gift card purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift cards.
4. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
5. We will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift card is used to make purchases on the website or by phone.
6. LUSH gift cards are issued by Givex.
